  This hotel has the best service I have ever received. The staff, facilities, meals and rooms are spectacular, not to mention the free upgrade to a king suite I received on check in. Wonderful, customer focused staff and a great location made Nizuc amazing for the relaxation I needed at the end of my trip.

  I loved that I could use all 5 of the Royal Resorts, 2 situated right next door. I loved that the Resort organised Scuba Diving with transport etc... I loved my room with microwave, fridge etc.. I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.
