  The grounds were forested with a lovely trail to the tennis courts. We love to look for new birds to see and we had to look no farther than right there!   We arrived just after having stayed in the jungle at Sepilok (which was after days of diving and a long bus journey), so we really needed somewhere clean and comfortable. The Sheraton Sandakan far exceeded my expectations on both fronts. It was extremely good value for money. Staff were all very friendly and professional, going the extra mile for... 别人怎么说 » us as well. Breakfast was good, with a range of options to suit the Asian or Western palate. Location was convenient - it took us less than an hour - The staff at this hotel, did much more than expected. I had a birthday cake delivered to my room a very pleasant surprise. Especially Stella.What ever we asked they went out of their way to help us. The best service we have ever had from all staff, in any place we stayed in Malaysia for 4 weeks, could not fault service, type of room & cleanliness.
