  Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a big smile. I booked two rooms for two nights and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the size of the room (not too small, n... 别人怎么说 » ot too big. Just a nice size). My room was at the 7th floor where I could see nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt statio - I enjoyed my stay.   I stayed in Irsia Bed and Breakfast with 2 of my friends who are first time going abroad. The location is really near to Monorail Imbi. The staff is helpful and kind, they also welcome us even we're late to check in (23.30). I've visited KL more than 5th times, and so far, Irsia BnB is the best one. Since it was school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked .   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
