  My husband and I spent 5 days at the Datai. I've stayed in many hotels over the years but I can honestly say, that I enjoyed my stay at the Datai more than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. I felt a sense of peace being close to nature and the sea. All the staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable.   Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view.   It was the best hotel and resort i stayed in during my visit to malaysia, truly a luxurious experience, starting from check in to check out, they were very friendly and helpful, the resort was modernly designed , amazing sea view from our balcony , such a relaxing place, the view from the pool was breath taking, the breakfast in the morning was ... 别人怎么说 » royal ! enjoyed every moment of my stay, i would definitely recommend it for any1 who want the full luxurious experience! - The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful.
