The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

-The prices are out of this world cheap, which no one can object to, especially given the great condition the hotel is in.

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. Bed/sheet pretty clean, comfortable, air-con works well.
Located in between Imbi and Bukit Bintang station, opposite street is Jalan Alor (street full of delicious food).
