It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport.
