  The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon. The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too.   The location was great - it was close to many tourist attractions and good shopping nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we had a late check in (3:30 am), but they waited for us and made no problems at all.
