Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from the airport, KL Sentral, and the nearest monorail station (just 5 min walk). Many shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. The lounge in the reception area was nice, and there are two computers with internet access (free for the guests). I used a double room for myself. The room was quite simple but big enough, nice and comfortable.

  The staff (Raza, Saqi and Anne) were always polite, helpful and pleasant. They even allowed me to keep the hair dryer in my room the entire 10 days. And when the air conditioner began leaking they had it fixed immediately.
