  Comfortable room with excellent soundproof. Nice seaview from room 903. Big interior, so hope you will get a room near to lift. Everything of The Zon is good..   This is not my first stay. I experience few stay of bad services. I forgotten to bring down my parking ticket from room, and the guy ask for tips in order for me to exit. Also I was book non-smoking room and was given a heavy smoking room and also it was a connecting room, next room smoke heavily all night long and it comes over from the door gap.... 别人怎么说 » However this latest stay was excellence. They have no more non smoking room, only smoking room althought I check-in at 1400hrs. I explain my previous - The location is very near to JB central, so easy to access bus for long distant main attractions like Hello Kitty, JPO MALL, Legoland etc. Buffet good, as I am a vegetarian, they offered me to select one vegetarian item to order as a-la-carte since menu was mainly non-vegetarian -- staff friendly and helpful --

  The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The pool was very nice and the views over the Straits from the front of the hotel were lovely. It appeared to be a popular hotel for business and families. The road system nearby is quite complic... 别人怎么说 » ated.. - The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

  The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

  We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff. The pool was very clean with nice view. T - Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad was missing. Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection.
