  The staffs are very helpful. Even it was our mistake not requesting non smoking room, the staff was willing to help us by giving us an air cleaner. English speaking staff was also have an ezcellent accent.

  We spent 1 night in the hotel/Ryokan. Really nice to stay in quite a traditional accommodation. The staff spoke fair English, by Japanese standards. Was very cute that my name was up on a welcome sign and next to my shoe spot. In foot-walking distance to the train stations and also to the sightseeing spots, although there are busses.
