very nice location
All was just perfect. Great location on the Canal Grande, just in front of a Vaporetto stop. Hotel perfectly conciles modern comfort and beautiful old venetian architecture. Very friendly staff.
Leaving.
Location and size of room, price in december.
Breakfast
beautiful rooms with lovely furnishings & lots of space. Great location. Lovely breakfast
Only tiny issues - heating didn't seem to work in our room (106) & so was quite cold Would have been good to have an iron in the room also
The hotel is located in a very good area right next to a waterbus station. the room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was great.
As the hotel is located on the water next to the waterbus stop, there is some noise from time to time if you stay in the rooms which are next to the water.
Very good location. Lovely big room which is not always the case in Venice. We even had a view of the Grand Canal from the side. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.
Nothing
Location
This is one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed at in Italy. Gorgeous décor, elegant rooms, great service, breakfast included and it was a HUGE buffet! And it was located right on the Grand Canal at a vaparetto stop as well as being close to a nice shopping/restaurant area with reasonable prices. Loved it!
Nothing!
Wow, we booked the suite and was really reasonably priced. It was amazing. Huge and looked right out to the Grand Canal. So grand. Was the perfect end to our holiday. Breakfast was lovely. Meats, breads, cheeses and eggs, bacon, sausages for those who like traditional. We will definately stay here again on visiting Venice. Water boat right out front to take you up and down the Canal.
Would of been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
price and location perfect. good english speaking staff, best breakfast so far in Italy. Big rooms
Excellent location, the water bus stop just in front of the hotel. The room design in Venetian style is nice and clean.
The internet connection in the room is unstable and slow.
loved the welcome we received and enjoyed our stay
Great location Lovely room overlooking the Grand Canal Helpful, friendly staff
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room
The highlights were the stunning view from the window of the Ca'D' Oro, the perfect location on the grand canal and the room itself which was spectacular with Murano glass chandelier, wall freize, huge bed and great ensuite. Good breakast.
There was a well stocked mini bar however visiting in chilly November, hot drink facilities were much missed. Nothing else!
They took authorisation on my card, and then took full payment again on my departure. I am still waiting on my money to be released back to my card. I have paid twice. Not happy with this at all. Also, hit me with city tax on top of the hotel fee, which I was not aware of.
the hotel decor was stunning and very comfortable. Great location.
would have been good to have a restaurant on site
Everything is perfect
Rooms were specious with true venetian atmosphere. We had a complimentary ride with a boat on Canal Grande by a very friendly staff member.
Location was excellent. Front counter staff were very helpful especially the lady who worked evenings and weekends.
Airconditioning was lousy, they even turned it off in the early hours we had to call down at 4am to have it turned back on! Breakfast was not that flash.
Great location. Amazing building.
Beautifully decorated in luxurious Venetian style. Very comfortable room, lovely staff. Beautiful gardens. Pleasant walk to most areas of interest.
Would have liked a bath but the shower was huge. Breakfast slightly bland.
The rooms were gorgeous and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff was polite and very helpful.
The Staff, the location, the rooms, the service, the breakfast - everything was absolutely perfect, would highly recommend this location and, hope to use it again.
There was nothing to "dislike".
Bathrooms were really clean, quant and quiet, tucked away from the major tourist attractions but convenient and there is a water taxi stop directly outside the hotel.
Difficult to find unless you've taking the right water taxi.
The location, very comfortable huge bed
Bathroom very small in contrast to the size of the room.
Absolutely beautiful Hotel right on the Grand Canal. My room was Huge with four opening windows. Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast.
historical quality of the Palace, extraordinary location on the Grand Canal, beautiful quiet well landscaped garden and hotel entrance combined with Grand Canal direct entrance
rooms 01,02,03 on the ground floor
The luxurious appointment of the rooms
Nearly everything but it was pretty expensive
Breakfast was a bit dull and the coffee was poor. They should use fresh milk not uht which makes tea and coffee unpalatable.
Based on the grand canal waterbus stop is just out side the hotel
It was a lovely hotel backing onto the Grand Canal, with the water taxi literally at the back door of the hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious over looking the gardens. The breakfast was excellent.
Everything was great.
Everything. From the ease of the Vaparetto stop outside, the the beautiful court yard that greets you in a water city was such a wonderful surprise, the outdoor furnishings were welcoming and comfortable. We had room 405 which had views to the canal and the room was absolute luxury from the king size bed, to the oversized bathroom with a spa bath, relaxing lounge area in the expansive room.
Nothing at all. Can't wait to come back, recommending Pesaro Palace to everyone who asks how our holiday was.
The location on the grand canal was excellent. We had a vaporetta stop right outside the hotel and made the most of it. There were no dining facilities outside breakfast but right next door we had a last night dinner seated by the canal which was wonderful.
Don't take the private boat taxi that they offer unless you are a crowd of 6 or more. At 120 euros it is very expensive tho much more comfortable and convenient than the regular boats.

Awesome location, right by the Line #1 Ca D'Oro boat station. The hotel is a beautiful building with a door open to the Grand Canal. We were lucky to find a good deal at 150 Euros a night. The rooms are clean with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, and overall very comfortable. It also has a nice garden, which is great to sit at evening hours watching the twilight over the city. Buffet breakfast is very good as well.
Wow what an amazing view of the Grand Canal. The Location was perfect as the water bus literally drops you off at the dock of the hotel. Our room was incredible with chandeliers and an over sized room. Free wifi and an Air Conditioner that worked perfectly. Our bed was a large king size. Excellent hotel !!!
Location and beauty
Room was beautiful (massive bed), breakfast was lovely and staff were nice. Only spent 1 night in Venice so i can't really comment other than that!
Very comfortable.
A long walk to San Marco.
the location on the Grand Canal with the water bus at the front door, shopping street and supermarket at the rear of the hotel, the breakfast vast choice, very comfortable for my daughter and myself, nice to be a little away from the very busy San Marco
Excellent ubication, very good building, clean and attention in the breakfast.
Very poor the personal the front desk.
Everything
Excellent location with nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and cool. Also nice decorations throughout.
Wifi connection was very poor-I could not skype or use youtube at all.
great rooms with space and great decour. the location is excellent. right at a boat station. very good breakfast. a bit pricey but all of Venice is
wifi is slow, but available in rooms
the location support of the staff
Great old style design, expensive furniture, good stuff, water bus stop is in a few steps from the hotel entrance
Too far from the center ( San Marco)
*Luxurious accommodation, the bathroom with a large bath *Central location - ease of travel to and from *Very helpful and informed staff *Lovely garden - particularly for use at night
Everything. The best value for money I have had for a long time ! We might have been lucky to get the best room of the Hotel,( staff dixit ! ) overlooking the Grand Canal, but all the rest was just perfect...
The location is brilliant. Very near to everything, but in an area where we felt we weren't being ripped-off....just a few steps away from more residential areas and the "real" Venice. A 10 minute stroll through gorgeous little streets and you're at the Rialto Bridge, or get the ferry gondola 2 steps away from the hotel and cross to the market. The Vaporetto stop outside the hotel was a bonus after a days walking. We were in suite 201, a real omg room, and we had a lazy afternoon sitting on the balcony watching the busyness that is the Grand Canal! The garden area was a pleasant bonus too, and again another lovely place to relax. We had a peek into other rooms which all looked lovely, but if your budget can stretch to a suite you won't be disappointed! Likewise, a private water taxi to and from the airport makes things so easy, and you feel like arriving James Bond style! It cost 110 euros but after a flight and all that entails its money well spent. We intend to return and stay at this lovely hotel.
No tea making facilities in room.
