beautifull place,very local
This hotel is beautiful! Perfectly located in the city, near the water bus, and nice amenities. A bit pricy, but absolutely worth it.
The location just next door to the ferry stop after the Rialto markets couldn't be more convenient. The décor is over-the-top Venitian but works well. The private courtyard looking onto the Grande Canal is a great place to drink and relax. Our room was enormous and the canal view was spectacular
Not cheap but nowhere decent in Venice is. If you don't like the bustle of the canal then select a garden view. We loved it but it could be a little noisy.
Amazing room, huge, very elaborate decoration - massive gold mirrors, chandelier etc. excellent location next to vaporetto station. Delicious breakfast.
Staff did not go out of way to be helpful - felt like it was a chore for them.
Easy to reach. Can be noisy with ferries most of evening.
Noise from ferries and smell sometimes.
Great Location at vaporetto stop.Very clean and above average staff.Good Breakfast included.
Occupational hazzard of being close to the vaporetto stop....they make noise early in AM and late into the evening.
The bedroom was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cost compared to other Italians hotels was excessive and the shower head did not work correctly because of limescale, the basin plug did not work and one of the wardrobe mirror doors was badly cracked.
Location to Grand Canal Ferry Stop
Easy walking to main areas around Venice
Great to just watch the boating traffic
Rooms rather on the small side with nowhere to hang anything
Could do with a kettle in the room
We were lucky enough to have a last minute booking and secured a suite
over looking the grand canal just beautiful and luxurious Great position
and lovely secluded garden
Little bit difficult to connect to Internet as seem to drop in and out
but maybe just positioning
Facilities, location are perfect!
The staff at the reception is all right, but at the breakfast, I'm not quite satisfied the service and the attitude.
Great location Room was upgraded Good breakfast (for Venice)
Some receptionists not very helpful, but main guy was very good
I LOVED the hotel! It is really nice, the rooms are so pretty and luxurious, the breakfast buffet was amazing. When I go back to Venice, Pesaro Palace is my #1 option.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Love the breakfast. Location was spot on.
Location, location, location. Right next to a waterbus stop. One particularly helpful female member of staff gave us great advice on things to see, where to eat and how to get to the Adriatic ferry terminal
Description of room with courtyard view gave an erroneous impression.
Location is great, in front of one of the waterbus stations, and just a short walk from Venice main attractions. The hotel itself is charming and very clean.
Everything !! Beautifull location, (vaporetto stops by the hotel´s entrance !! ) , very nice rooms and bathrooms, very very nicely decorated !!! Fantastic staff downstairs , gorgious breakfast buffet , EVERYTHING !!!! WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY !!!
loved everything !!
Great location and breakfast,
Poor wifi reception in room
Location is closed to the water bus stop and not far away from train
station. Room and front yard is fantastic. Breakfast also is very
The location was close to the main attractions and near the vappetto,
the breakfast was extensive and the second room was spacious and
The first room offered was small, dark and had noisy air conditioning.
Location was excellent, right on the grand canal. The best breakfast, good choice cooked and continental, the lovely lady that looked after everyone at breakfast made the best coffee! The rooms are spacious and clean, enjoyed our stay.
Pesaro Palace was simply wonderful. Venice is a most see on any trip to
Italy and the Pesaro Palace was beautiful, convenient, clean, affordable
and very accommodating. The staff was more than helpful, and attended to
our every need. Their English was excellent which was a huge help since
our Italian was so poor.
It is difficult to complain about anything, the cold water faucet in the
bathroom was touchy, and there was some very minor water damage in the
room, though considering that Venice is basically the real version of
"Water World," it was not surprising. It did not detract or
affect our trip one bit. I loved this hotel and would surely stay here
again if we ever return.
Excellent location on the Grand Canal. We stepped out of our water taxi and right into the hotel just like in the movie "The Tourist".
Right next to the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop.
All amenities are modern luxurious with large elevator.
Excellent and elegant breakfast decor
Very nice courtyard
Room was very elegantly
Less than 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 20 minutes walk to St. Marks Square.
Central location, direct access to waporetto, little garden, nice inside decoration
Airconditioning was out of order on the eecond day
Location breakfast staff rooms
there was some problem with the air conditioning system in all the rooms and it was very noisy they need to fix that and it would be a 10/10
Lovely rooms, deco, cleanliness, location, accessibility
Staff not very responsive or helpful, wifi is poor though free, not much options for breakfast
Location breakfast design
I saw a lady on 4th floor with her dog in her room which is against htl
policy. Htl charge money before dead line
Large room and bathroom . Also very large and comfortable bed .
A good spread breakfast .
A nice touch of complimentary biscuits ... at the waiting area
Spacious, clean room with luxury decors for a very reasonable price. Our room also has a jacuzzi which is perfect for relaxation. Located right next to the waterbus stop. Highly recommended!
Brilliant setting on grand canal, lovely new feeling hotel. Well kept, lovely large room for a city brilliant. Traditional yet new. Nice little garden right on grand canal.
Bar wasn't opened past 9 pm at night. That was a little poor.
Some staff unhelpful
Location, private garden, excellent breakfasts and unfussy approach to service.
Could have done with a fully manned bar - it was never clear what the process for getting a drink was, so most guests just went elsewhere.
Great location - water stop right in front of hotel. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites.
Great location right on the Grande Canal and close to restaurants and cafes. Rooms were very comfortable.
Room decorated with original Murano stuff was really nice. Staffs are professional. Location is very nice, just next to the boat-bus stop.
Bit over priced.. but it's Venice.
Good location near water bus stop. Comfortable and quiet. Large rooms. Good breakfast.
Staff were a bit cold and stiff.
Location and pleasent staff
Not enough decent shower gel/ shampoo
We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Many Thanks
Fantastic Location, Easy to Find and a Great Staff. Giussepe was Great
Location was amazing - right off of the water taxi stop and into a beautiful courtyard. It was easy to walk to San Marco and Rialto bridge from here.
No restaurant, no roomservice.
We were given room 204 which had a small balcony that overlooked the lovely garden but also views of the Grand Canal. It was a wonderful place, full of charm and beautiful decor. The proximity to the Ca d Or vaporetto made travel from Tronchetto with luggage very easy. Great breakfast, large bed and bathroom and a beautiful Venetian glass chandelier made our stay very special. Thank you to the staff.
The most amazing room I've ever stayed in. Right on the Grand Canal with an amazing view. The biggest bed I've ever seen. Beautiful room, beautiful decor. Grand bathroom. Had a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting on ice for us on our last night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great especially considering that the italians don't do breakfast - they had bacon and eggs! Wonderful and romantic place. Pricey but well worth it.
Wi-Fi range could have been better. Especially for the price you pay.
Smell in the room
Sumptuous character room, nice warm colours, high ceilings with padded walls, the ambiance was conducive to getting into bed and doing romantic stuff. Room big enough, but not enormous. Breakfast was excellent, even though the room and brekkie counter weren't spacious. This is the sister hotel of Foscari Palace, close by, where we had stayed the previous night. Felt a lot nicer in all ways except noise. We paid more here than Foscari, almost double.
Noise. Walls seemed paper thin. There was also some noise from the wharf, which was directly adjacent to the hotel. WIFI that boots you off after a little inactivity is frustrating. And centrally controlled heating is ludicrous. You have to call reception if you want your temperature adjusted. All up though it is pretty decent for the price.
Location was fabulous
Excellent location, just next to the Vaporetto Ca'd'Oro station and Strada Nuova!
Nothing in particular
