Location and beauty
Room was beautiful (massive bed), breakfast was lovely and staff were nice. Only spent 1 night in Venice so i can't really comment other than that!
A long walk to San Marco.
the location on the Grand Canal with the water bus at the front door, shopping street and supermarket at the rear of the hotel, the breakfast vast choice, very comfortable for my daughter
and myself, nice to be a little away from the very busy San Marco
Excellent ubication, very good building, clean and attention in the breakfast.
Very poor the personal the front desk.
Excellent location with nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and cool. Also nice decorations throughout.
Wifi connection was very poor-I could not skype or use youtube at all.
great rooms with space and great decour. the location is excellent. right at a boat station. very good breakfast. a bit pricey but all of Venice is
wifi is slow, but available in rooms
support of the staff
Great old style design, expensive furniture, good stuff, water bus stop
is in a few steps from the hotel entrance
Too far from the center ( San Marco)
*Luxurious accommodation, the bathroom with a large bath
*Central location - ease of travel to and from
*Very helpful and informed staff
*Lovely garden - particularly for use at night
Everything. The best value for money I have had for a long time ! We might have been lucky to get the best room of the Hotel,( staff dixit ! ) overlooking the Grand Canal, but all the rest was just perfect...
The location is brilliant. Very near to everything, but in an area where
we felt we weren't being ripped-off....just a few steps away from
more residential areas and the "real" Venice. A 10 minute
stroll through gorgeous little streets and you're at the Rialto
Bridge, or get the ferry gondola 2 steps away from the hotel and cross
to the market. The Vaporetto stop outside the hotel was a bonus after a
days walking. We were in suite 201, a real omg room, and we had a lazy
afternoon sitting on the balcony watching the busyness that is the Grand
Canal! The garden area was a pleasant bonus too, and again another
lovely place to relax. We had a peek into other rooms which all looked
lovely, but if your budget can stretch to a suite you won't be
Likewise, a private water taxi to and from the airport makes things so easy, and you feel like arriving James Bond style! It cost 110 euros but after a flight and all that entails its money well spent.
We intend to return and stay at this lovely hotel.
No tea making facilities in room.
Our room was absolutely amazing, gorgeous Venetian style and fabulous location, we will be back!
Beautiful facility and room was spectacular. The closeness to the water bus was fantastic- literally right outside the hotel also close to lots of shopping and the train lines too.
The front desk was not helpful at all! They did. It assist us in the transportation options and potential costs/value of each. They didn't seem very interested in if we were doing alright or not- very disassociated.
The staff was very helpful and professional, rooms were impeccable and the hotel was in a perfect location.
The hotel is understaffed and the employees had to multi-task to keep things running. For a month of July, this is unacceptable. The pillows were hard with no option of replacement.
The location was very convenient, being right at the vaporetto stop and near all the shops and restaurants in Cannareggio.
The air conditioning in the room was not very good, and the room was too warm at night.
Big luxurious, spacious room, on grand canal, middle of main walk from rail terminal to st marks
Weak ac, indifferent staff, breakfast service could have been better
Fantastic location, beautiful public areas, second room was lovely
Surly unhelpful staff, first room was a slightly oversized broom closet
The rooms were beautiful and spacious, so were the bathrooms. The location was perfect everything was so close. We were very happy
That we couldn't stay longer!
beautifull place,very local
This hotel is beautiful! Perfectly located in the city, near the water bus, and nice amenities. A bit pricy, but absolutely worth it.
The location just next door to the ferry stop after the Rialto markets couldn't be more convenient. The décor is over-the-top Venitian but works well. The private courtyard looking onto the Grande Canal is a great place to drink and relax. Our room was enormous and the canal view was spectacular
Not cheap but nowhere decent in Venice is. If you don't like the bustle of the canal then select a garden view. We loved it but it could be a little noisy.
Amazing room, huge, very elaborate decoration - massive gold mirrors, chandelier etc. excellent location next to vaporetto station. Delicious breakfast.
Staff did not go out of way to be helpful - felt like it was a chore for them.
Easy to reach. Can be noisy with ferries most of evening.
Noise from ferries and smell sometimes.
Great Location at vaporetto stop.Very clean and above average staff.Good Breakfast included.
Occupational hazzard of being close to the vaporetto stop....they make noise early in AM and late into the evening.
The bedroom was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cost compared to other Italians hotels was excessive and the shower head did not work correctly because of limescale, the basin plug did not work and one of the wardrobe mirror doors was badly cracked.
Location to Grand Canal Ferry Stop
Easy walking to main areas around Venice
Great to just watch the boating traffic
Rooms rather on the small side with nowhere to hang anything
Could do with a kettle in the room
We were lucky enough to have a last minute booking and secured a suite
over looking the grand canal just beautiful and luxurious Great position
and lovely secluded garden
Little bit difficult to connect to Internet as seem to drop in and out
but maybe just positioning
Facilities, location are perfect!
The staff at the reception is all right, but at the breakfast, I'm not quite satisfied the service and the attitude.
Great location Room was upgraded Good breakfast (for Venice)
Some receptionists not very helpful, but main guy was very good
I LOVED the hotel! It is really nice, the rooms are so pretty and luxurious, the breakfast buffet was amazing. When I go back to Venice, Pesaro Palace is my #1 option.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Love the breakfast. Location was spot on.
Location, location, location. Right next to a waterbus stop. One particularly helpful female member of staff gave us great advice on things to see, where to eat and how to get to the Adriatic ferry terminal
Description of room with courtyard view gave an erroneous impression.
Location is great, in front of one of the waterbus stations, and just a short walk from Venice main attractions. The hotel itself is charming and very clean.
Everything !! Beautifull location, (vaporetto stops by the hotel´s entrance !! ) , very nice rooms and bathrooms, very very nicely decorated !!! Fantastic staff downstairs , gorgious breakfast buffet , EVERYTHING !!!! WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY !!!
loved everything !!
Great location and breakfast,
Poor wifi reception in room
Location is closed to the water bus stop and not far away from train
station. Room and front yard is fantastic. Breakfast also is very
The location was close to the main attractions and near the vappetto,
the breakfast was extensive and the second room was spacious and
The first room offered was small, dark and had noisy air conditioning.
Location was excellent, right on the grand canal. The best breakfast, good choice cooked and continental, the lovely lady that looked after everyone at breakfast made the best coffee! The rooms are spacious and clean, enjoyed our stay.
Pesaro Palace was simply wonderful. Venice is a most see on any trip to
Italy and the Pesaro Palace was beautiful, convenient, clean, affordable
and very accommodating. The staff was more than helpful, and attended to
our every need. Their English was excellent which was a huge help since
our Italian was so poor.
It is difficult to complain about anything, the cold water faucet in the
bathroom was touchy, and there was some very minor water damage in the
room, though considering that Venice is basically the real version of
"Water World," it was not surprising. It did not detract or
affect our trip one bit. I loved this hotel and would surely stay here
again if we ever return.
Excellent location on the Grand Canal. We stepped out of our water taxi and right into the hotel just like in the movie "The Tourist".
Right next to the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop.
All amenities are modern luxurious with large elevator.
Excellent and elegant breakfast decor
Very nice courtyard
Room was very elegantly
Less than 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 20 minutes walk to St. Marks Square.
Central location, direct access to waporetto, little garden, nice inside decoration
Airconditioning was out of order on the eecond day
Location breakfast staff rooms
there was some problem with the air conditioning system in all the rooms and it was very noisy they need to fix that and it would be a 10/10
Lovely rooms, deco, cleanliness, location, accessibility
Staff not very responsive or helpful, wifi is poor though free, not much options for breakfast
Location breakfast design
I saw a lady on 4th floor with her dog in her room which is against htl
policy. Htl charge money before dead line
Large room and bathroom . Also very large and comfortable bed .
A good spread breakfast .
A nice touch of complimentary biscuits ... at the waiting area
