On the Sunday morning my daughter and I rose at 5.30am to explore the city before it became too busy and we were the only ones on - The Hotel is located in the best location in Siena. The view from our balcany room was incredible. The owner of the hotel is on property and is focused on your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is an amazing value. There is no lift, but, the owner assisted me both in and out of the property. He made a point to be there at 5:45 AM to assist me on my departure! We love this place. We hope to return to Siena and Albergo Centrale.

  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay.   This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony.
