On the Sunday morning my daughter and I rose at 5.30am to explore the city before it became too busy and we were the only ones on - The Hotel is located in the best location in Siena. The view from our balcany room was incredible. The owner of the hotel is on property and is focused on your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is an amazing value. There is no lift, but, the owner assisted me both in and out of the property. He made a point to be there at 5:45 AM to assist me on my departure! We love this place. We hope to return to Siena and Albergo Centrale.

  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.
