  Hospitable hosts who were very helpful with restaurant, shopping and day travel suggestions; location which was easy to get on the major roads in and out of Pistoia and a major supermarket nearby which even sold a Tom Tom which we required.   Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation.
