  Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay).
