  Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. - Staff is really sweet and ready to give you a hand. At 2s from trastevere !!!

  Everything was perfect. From the moment you walked into the door to the moment we walked out. Marco was fantastic. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

The staff was really friendly although they don't stay in the place, and sometimes you have to call them, but still very friendly.
