Hootel Duomo is stylish, with beautiful views and the friendliest owner you could wish for. Massimo greeted us warmly and looked after us as if we were family friends, parking our car for us when the police came in the morning and as we left telling us to call him if we had any problems during the rest of our stay in Sicily! The hotel is on the main square, and rooms look out at the cathedral (ours had a beautiful balcony), so it is perfectly located. But it can be hard to find as it has no .
所有评语 » We arrived in Monreale's Piazza Duomo by car. As we asked a policeman for directions to the Hootel Duomo, a charming man came over to introduce himself. He was Massimo, the owner of the Hootel. We unpacked the car, leaving it in the care of the policeman in this no parking area. The Hootel is right on the square. Our suite of rooms was fantastic, with modern decoration, contrasted with ancient artefacts. Massimo arranged for a parking space for the car and then treated us to a coupl. Amazing place! Apartments are beautiful (you have to see them I cannot describe). This is the best place to come if you want to see Palermo. The owner is great and very helpful. Here is a small tip for those coming by car. You can park wherever you want at the square in front of the Hootel after 6 pm. It is possible to park (for free) until 10 am. If you don’t have a car, there is a bus coming from Palermo. We've crossed the island from Catania to San Vito Lo Capo and this hotel Hotel was the best. If you are looking for something unique (about interior), comfortable and modern (about facilities), perfect service (owner himself), location (next building to Duomo Monreale, 3-5 min driving to Palermo) -> you'll find here all. Wish you well, enjoy!. The hotel is right on the Monreale main square and you can see the Duomo from the windows. The building is pretty and well maintained. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. I would use it again. Perfect place if you want to stay in a relaxing environment but still close enough to do all the sightseeing in Palermo. This is an amazing b and b, the best we stayed in on our recent trip to sicily. It is true designer accomodation as it is all designed and constructed by the owner. the location is fantastic as it literally overlooks the duomo piazza. breakfast in the cafe next door is a real treat. More like a city apartment than a hotel. Well-decorated. Very central. Owner very helpful in enabling us to leave early for our return flight in the morning and made a good recommendation for an evening meal. If you want a dream accommodation in Palermo area, this is the best choice you can make. The view to the Dome square, the breakfast and the typical Sicilian ambiance are unforgettable. Excellent location- literally right next to the Monreale cathedral. Excellent interior- very artistic. Friendly owner. Very nice surroundings. everything: unbeatable location, friendly-easy going-helpful staff, room confort, breakfast at the Square with amazing views over the Duomo. Best location in Monreale, beautiful room. It was a bit of a nightmare to park the car (but this seems to be a general problem in any city in Sicily) however the owner met us in the square and he parked it for us. nothing. Parked in expensive pay car park - found out later that we could have parked for free outside hotel after 6pm. Almost impossible to reach by car and hard to find parking anywhere near. sadly, checking-out!.
