the accommodation is immaculately clean and well located in the countryside. the staff are wonderful, friendly and full of advice on where to go and what to see. the breakfast is excellent and it can be taken out in the garden amongst the flowers and olive trees. they also do diner in the evening on request which is particularly popular as it is local products, typically Tuscan dishes cooked to perfection by an excellent local chef.
所有评语 » The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic in a beautiful rural location but still only a 10 min drive from Lucca. The pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip to Tuscany. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were wonderful, and the pool was perfect. Just a short drive to Lucca. Beautiful countryside. We would like to return for a longer visit and stay here again in the future. A very friendly hotel of an italian family. Very close to the town center. You can use the bikes of the hotel. It was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed every moment at the hotel. very friendly hosts, made good effort in making a stay memorable, specially a couple in neighbouring room. would stay again and big compliments to the owners! and the neighbouring couple!. -the hospitality of the staff -Lucca can easily be reached in 5 minutes by car -great food (breakfast and dinner) - great surroundings - the place to stay when you are in Tuscany. Excellent service throughout. Andrea and his father were very welcoming and helpful in recommending great restaurants and sights to visit. Highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome from Angelo and his family on our arrival, friendly and ready to help us in any way they could. I would gladly stay here again. peaceful location, friendliness of owner, quality of accommodation, swimming pool, proximity to Lucca, very good restaurants nearby. Modern, clean accommodation, very convenient to Lucca, Garfagnana Valley, etc. Location Idea Friendly staff. The underfloor cooling meant the floor was sometimes slippy and wet although did seem to cool the room. nothing. Cannot think of anything we didn't like. Simply perfect !. Nothing. A bit expensive, but not exhorbitant. Upon check out the receptionist did not return all of our passports due to business with other clients. We left and drove for 2 hours when we found it out. We had to go back to the hotel, which eventally costed us extra 150 euro and extra 4 hours of driving. The hotel never called us to inform that we forgot the passport, nor appologized for inconviniece. We liked the idea of the hotel, but the professionalism of staff has to be dramaticly improved.
