the accommodation is immaculately clean and well located in the countryside. the staff are wonderful, friendly and full of advice on where to go and what to see. the breakfast is excellent and it can be taken out in the garden amongst the flowers and olive trees. they also do diner in the evening on request which is particularly popular as it is local products, typically Tuscan dishes cooked to perfection by an excellent local chef. wszystkie opinie »
The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic in a beautiful rural location but still only a 10 min drive from Lucca. The pool was lovely and clean.
Would definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip to Tuscany.

A very friendly hotel of an italian family. Very close to the town
center. You can use the bikes of the hotel. It was clean and nicely
decorated. Breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed every moment at

The underfloor cooling meant the floor was sometimes slippy and wet although did seem to cool the room.

A bit expensive, but not exhorbitant.
Upon check out the receptionist did not return all of our passports due to business with other clients. We left and drove for 2 hours when we found it out. We had to go back to the hotel, which eventally costed us extra 150 euro and extra 4 hours of driving.
The hotel never called us to inform that we forgot the passport, nor appologized for inconviniece.
We liked the idea of the hotel, but the professionalism of staff has to be dramaticly improved.
