  First would be value for money. Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   Excellent location (right next to Termini railway station)...short walking distance from main city-center. The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.
