  First would be value for money. Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   excellent location, close to termini, metro station, some attractions in walking distance, the host was nice, no problems with late check in, possible to leave luggage there after the check out, rooms look just like in pictures, clean, two shared bathrooms, never had to wait to get in there, towels provided, breakfast was good considering the pric... ce que les gens disent » e (toast, croissant, butter, jelly, cheese, salami, eggs, fruit, juice, tea, coffee, cake) - My teenager daughter and me stayed here for 4 nights as it is close to Termini station,where we needed to be at 4 oclock in the morning before leaving Rome.We get a very clean, large room and big comfortable beds, rich breakfast,tasty Italian coffee and pleasant owners who are not boring but you can always find them when you need. I will recommend it to all my friends and would like to stay here again.
