This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk. Lots of nice cafes, shops, very Riviera feel but without the prices. Plus Venice on your doorstep! Lovely staff, nice lounge spaces, good breakfast - and in the garden.
