This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. We liked everything about the Villa Ines. This B&B is definately worth a 4 star rating. The setting and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the garden was very good. The staff was very attentive. Stefano was very accomodating. Stefno gave us the history of the residence and its owners as well as recommendations for food and wines. This was great value and comfort for the money. We will definately come back to stay here on our next v

We are a family of 5 who appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was basic but clean. It was away from the crowded parts of Venice bit close enough to walk to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after checking out. Owner was friendly and accommodating. -
