The hotel is near center and is of Holiday Inn standard. The guy at thereception desk - elvis was great. He was very helpful from the moment wewalked in to the hotel till tha moment we walked out. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.

The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated.
There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located.
Wifi very stable and it's free.
One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map.
In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate.
