Description and location of hotel was accurate and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Good location, comfortable rooms, clean.The service and staff were friendly; attentive and professional. The location very easy to find for a first time Milano traveller. On departure, Hotel demanded payment for "pay tv" which I did not use. The reception staff dealt with this problem very badly and told me to be more carefull next time in their hotel. Even though I was not in the hotel when they claim I used pay tv. This dispute spoiled a good weekend away. Be Warned!!. 所有 评语 »
The hotel is well overdue for refurbishment, the room was below the quality I expect in a 4 star property.
