  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday.   We really liked the way of the attitudes of the hotel staff. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

  The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside.   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.
