although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. I would recommend it for any one. -

They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.

We really liked the way of the attitudes of the hotel staff. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean. Cleanness is very important for us so we really recommend you to stay there. -

Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and they also give us safety advice during our stay in Rome. Love the breakfast. Overall it is very pleasure staying at this hotel even though the surrounding was not as expected.
