The location of the hotel was great. It was minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, all the cafes and restorantes, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money. - Hotel is in great location close to centre of Venice and Rialto Bridge. Easy walking to everywhere that we wanted to go.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.
