  Tre r is a family run business, it is about 5-7 rooms in a residence building 15 minutes from the center of the city. The rooms feels like a 4 or even 4+ hotel. Andrea and his father were extremely friendly,helpful, thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast in served in Bar Bompani across the street which serve - Andrea the host really is fantastic. He provided information before we got to Tre r, was there to greet us when we arrived and provided lots of useful information about the area. He's also super friendly! Tre r is also located in a very typical Rome neighbourhood so if you're looking for a very authentic place to stay for a great price this is it. Amazing, fantastic, wonderful restaurants are within an easy walk. The room is modern and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

  The interior of the hotel was nice,staff friendly,helpful and breakfest had a lot of variety. - Really nice hotel with cheap prices (if you book few days before your stay). We really enjoy it.   We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive

  It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

  It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!
