The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. It was a great stay for all of us. Before falling asleep we had fun with the huge TV in our bedrooms. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd.
所有评语 » Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it. + The guy who runs the place, alex, is very nice and helpful. He recommended us a lot of great places to eat and easy ways of transport etc. + The room was great, and it even had a balcony, even though that wasn't specified when we booked it. So we were pleasantly surprised. + The exterior bathroom was new and modern. We only had to walk 4-5 steps to reach it and no one could use it except us + Overall great value for money, and I would recommend staying here to others. Alex the owner was very welcoming & accommodating, which was great especially as we were first time visitors to Rome. He had good advice & Tips for our short 3 day tour of the city. It is in a suburban area & not in the ‘older’ part of the city, however the public transport was easily accessible being on all the main routes to the centre. The design of the B&B interior & room were stylish, & well maintained. Very good location. Comfortable and very clean, newly furnished room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner. Service from manager. In the kitchen is space for 2 guests at the same time of breakfast. Our kids enjoyed talking english with Alex in the kitchen and we enjoyed our private breakfast in our bedroom. We enjoyed Espresso, Capuccino, Juices and yoghurt but the wrapped bread and wrapped sweets were not for everybody's taste. Bakeries are quite near, therefore we could buy whatever we wanted. Each room has air conditioning, therefore the windows can stay closed during the night, which is good due to the traffic. No real bed - only sleeping couch with a mattress so soft - we both rolled towards the middle during the nights. The breakfast was only sealed sweets. No real bread or alternatives. Unfortunately we were unable to have some privacy during breakfast. Not in the old town.If could have Microwave oven available in the room or open area that will definitely valuable. nothing. Nothin really good value for money.
