  R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*.   The location is fabulous, centrally located and near to nearly everything you would want to see in Florence. We visited with our 8 and 5 year olds and they loved the carousel, pastry shops, and activity on the Plaza, which is right outside of the door. The Duomo is just a skip away. The main room was a little more crowded, but the two single beds wo - The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.

  Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate. Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location is superb! - The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

  The location - just round the corner from the Duomo: from the terrace there was a clear view to the Duomo, Baptistry and the Campanile. The room was very good, well furnished and with plenty of space.
