  It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything. The double-glazed windows helped to shut out the noise from outside. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located.   The room was a good size - double for one and comfortable. The bathroomwas very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was good with anassortment of espresso options. They had an English speaking staffmember available at all times and all of the front desk staff waspersonable.

  The staff was lovely. The hotel was beautifully kept and the rooms spotless. The rooms also had a modern security system and all modern amenities. The location is fabulous. My view was of the Duomo. And you step outside and turn to your left and you are in the plaza of the Duomo. It's a five minute walk to the Academia and five to the Uffizzi. You walk out the door and BAM! there's the Duomo. Waking up to the bells was an experience I will never forget.
