The apartment we stayed in was new and very well appointed and was a delight to stay in and we intend to return to this hotel on our next visit to Venice as we all enjoyed it immensely even if Venice flooded slightly while we were there and the restaurant flooded a bit as well it was all in the experience.

The view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Even my room (single) was exceptionally clean and well kept. The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily
stai in Hotel
