  The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San Marco plaza. Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. I was also impressed with the sound and light proofing in the room - Italy is a vibrant place and we had great quiet for sleeping! The hotel was clean and well appointed - staf - The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop.
