  Very nice stuff. (The owner made us coffee when we got there after searching this place for a while..) Very nice view, clean. Fair value for the money we paid.   Very quiet hotel with attractive grounds, located right on the beach in Ladispoli. The on-site restaurant was excellent. - It was marvelous! Hotel was very good - nice territtory, very helpfull and friendly staff, very close to sea and not so far from downtown(20min walking). Rooms are large enough, airconditioned, clean and comfortable!
