  Many thanks to staff. It is a really wonderful place with a pretty nice and comfort rooms, very gentle polite staff. Breakfasts are home-made and they are very tasty. It is near Ladispoli and Cerveteri, and Rome, so I travelled a lot to Etruscan Necropol, to Rome, to the sea etc. There is much space for parling. Hotel was very good - nice territtory, very helpfull and friendly staff, very close to sea and not so far from downtown(20min walking). Rooms are large enough, airconditioned, clean and comfortable!
