Wonderful people, great location. The owner and her daughter went out of their way to assist us in obtaining Terravision bus tickets so that we could travel into Rome for only 4 euros each from the B and B. The bus takes you directly into the Termini in central Rome and departs from the same location. Very easy for a day of sightseeing without horrendous cab fares. We were served fresh hot croissants and juices in the morning with a smiling friendly attitude. If you need a place close to the ai.
所有评语 » We stayed here because we had two people leaving on a 6 am flight out of the airport. It was perfect for that and enabled my husband to come back and catch a few more hours of sleep after dropping them off. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our kids had fun playing in the large yard while we repacked the car. It's also just a few minutes from the beach. We didn't spend long on the beach, but it was a nice diversion. Good location for transit passengers - it's very close to airport Fiumicino. Very friendly, kind and helpful owner. I had a problem with my luggage, so I have arrived almost at night. But owner was waiting me and was very welcoming. I am very grateful for her support and hospitality. In the room there was everything what I needed. Coffee and breakfast was enough good. Very reasonable and very friendly and helpful staff. We had to catch an early morning flight from Rome and decided to stay the night close to the airport. Favia was very helpful and offered us some delicious takeaway items to eat ( even though our flight was 6 in the morning which was very early for breakfast) she alsospokeverygood English. The room was big, spotless, comfortable with a gorgeous brand new bathroom. The windows opened to an interior yard and even though we were at the ground floor, we slept with open windows. The croissants at breackfast were great and so was the coffee. The host spoke well English and was very friendly. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, very clean and new.Helpful family owners Quite easy to reach via bus, Euro 1.60 from airport, once you have instructions! Close to wander to the beach, and supermarket and several pizza and beach restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very accommodating, the breakfast was good as was the location and the price. The room is basic but with good Internet, proximity to Fiumicino, and price, it was just what I needed for a quick overnight. Very nice place to stay near the airport in Roma. Very nice people running this B&B, good rooms, perfect italian breakfast. If you like to feel true italian warmness, this hotel is proper place to visit. The owner was very welcoming and provided a spacious 4 bed room for our airport stopover. The breakfast was good and the advice on local restaurants helpful. We could park our car right outside. Close to the airport. Very friendly women (i think owners), very clean. We arrived at 10pm and got a cold beer and croisants, which really helped us after the whole day of traveling. We usually eat our own breakfast, but what was available looked good and Flavia made us a nice coffee. the B&B is closed to the airport fortunately the planes do not take off and land after 10 pm the staff was really nice and friendly good seafood restaurant close by. Our stay there was very rushed because we had to catch a plane early that a.m. but we were pleased with the facilities and the owners were very warm and accommodating. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. This is a good choice for a traveler who arrives late and goes to the airport early, it is clean and fairly quiet. Helpful hostess. If you have children who are light sleepers (we're not and neither are our children), it might be a problem to get them to sleep early. The B&B is right by the airport and you can hear the planes as they pass overhead regularly until about midnight. Our kids were already asleep when we got there so we just transferred them from the car to their beds and the planes didn't bother them. The 'sciopero" (strike) called by the bus company the day of our departure!!! No fault of the owners who willingly arranged a taxi for us. Fumicino is located near the airport, so it is 10 minutes drive to Leonardo DaVinci but along with this advantage you will constantly hear the sound of planes but there's nothing to do about it. For B&B near to Fumicino Airport there is nothing not to like!. Poor breakfast.Typical italian.Noise from the the aircrafts. We found it difficult to find the B&B. There were no signs at strategic spots which meant that it was by accident that we hit upon the correct road. It needs a sign by the roundabout to direct you. Unable to pay with credit card but that option is coming soon. since the place is close to the airport, starting airplanes will fly close to the house until 11 P.M. You need to get a taxi from the airport to get here which should cost around 8 euros per person. A little difficult to find if you don't have a GPS, but well worth it. Very difficault to trace the location.GPS is a must. Breakfast is very poor . The hotel advertizes free schuttle to and from airport. They are no longer providing this service so it made our stay 30 euro more expensive. Also we got caught up in a scam thinking we were getting the person from the hotel picking us up at the airport. I was really scared it Unable to get on internet Neighhood not to my liking. N/A. Dirty beach. location had some noise of planes. noisy (air traffic so close). Out of the way. no single beds. The 35euros it costs to get a taxi from and back to the airport. We could of gotten a hotel closer for the cost. There were no open restaurants close by ( 6 pm, walking) and the location is far out of the way to go somewhere else...just for dinner. This is important because there is really no where to hang out at the facility. The place was deserted when we arrived- unable to attract any attention - had to return later. Cards not accepted. Noisy air-conditioning. Very limited local facilities/places to eat, although there was one good restaurant (10 mins walk).Surrounding area run-down and rubbish dumped in streets. Disorganised and limited breakfast. To noisy from the planes. No hot water in shower. Was fixed around 11pm after we all took cold showers. They don't take credit cards. Credit card not accepted, this should be obvious at the time of booking. Not accepting any other currency than US dollars. No sign on where to check in. Taxi from airport is hard to find and is aprx 20€ one way. Location and entry to building was difficult to find. Poor breakfast No Pool Narrow Parking No view. Breakfast not served as promised. Nobody awake at 6:45 am. I had to leave to airport at least they called taxi If needed a hotel for overnite stay its good otherwise not recommended.
