This is an excellent option how to make your night over when flying from FCO. Staff and the owners are very friendly and more than helpful about everything. It's better if you arrange a pick up in advance, because they will pick you up and help you with everything. I was quite struggling to get there, because you would have to change many times when taking a bus or the taxi driver would just charge you so much considering it's behind the corner. Arrange a pick up, and enjoy your stay there.
所有评语 » Great place to stay before or after arrival at Fiumicino airport. Laura met us at the airport (return price at 10 euro). Italian breakfast My husband left his coat in the arrival hall, Laura phoned for us to 'left luggage'. very kind, also she tried to do everything possible to give you a good stay at Il Focolare. I certainly would recommend this B&B. 5 Min. walk from the sea. the staff was incredible. Even though we were too far from a city and in the country they were willing to drive us to the city nearby and pick us up. they provided us with a cell phone to call them when we were ready to return to the b and b. very clean and with excellent accommodations. they also drove us to the airport the next morning for 10 euro for 4 people. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is well within walking distance to the beach which the staff provided me with easy directions for. Everyone in the town was very kind and most spoke pretty good English (enough for someone who does not speak a lot to get around and order food in the local pizzeria and restaurant). I would definitely stay there again!. This is a great family stay, perfect if you have a connection in Fiumicino airport as they can pick you up and drive back to the airport. Room was bigger than we expected, the whole family is very friendly and they really take care of what they are doing. Feels like home. Highly recommendable - great value for money also. I loved that they picked me up. You can take a bus from the train stations in rome terminal for only $3.90 e and the bus will drop you off at a spot where the owners of il focolare picked us up. Then the next morning I had to be at airport at 4;45 am and they took us there and did not charge extra! It is cash only. This was a wonderful place to spend our last night before flying out. The owner, Laura, was wonderful and helpful. She printed our boarding passes and even found out where to return our rental car. Then she directed us to the beach (about 4 blocks) where we were able to swim one last time in the Mediterranean!. -There is no check-in time limit, even if you have a late flight to Fiumicino, you can still check-in -Staff is friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is quite big -Although being close to the aiport it's very quiet -Room and common areas very clean -Attached private bathroom was roomy. What impressed me most is that the staff are really nice, they waited for me for more than one hour at the airport since I missed the scheduled shuttle bus and the following one was delayed by traffic jam. meanwhile, the beach nearby is really nice, the town is very peaceful. I really appreciated the owner's availability, friendness and hospitality. She waited for us till 00 and drove us back to the airport the day after charging us for only 7 €!! ... Breakfast, amazing!!! We had bon bons too :)))) I really recommend it!!. Perfectly situated for an early morning flight out of Leonardo Da Vinci airport. Spotless, off street parking and the best part the helpful landlady who got up at the crack of dawn to make sure we got coffee and a snack before we left for the airport. Very nice hotel, clean, with all the necessary amenities. The owners were very friendly and offered to pick me up from the airport, as well as taking me to the airport next day at 07:30. Perfect for night stay-overs next to Fiumincino airport. Lovely, clean bed and breakfast. Fabulous room, clean bathroom and I was made very welcome by the owners. I was there for only one night as I had an early flight and they offered a shuttle service at 5am and breakfast was already available, so i could have a quick bite before leaving!. Very nice and friendly owner and his family, they only charge us 10 Euro for taking us to B&B from Ostia Antica station and to Fiumicino airport 4:30am. Free traditional breakfast with espresso. Excellent location for early/late airport arrivals and departures. Well priced, very warm and welcoming family run hotel. Owners willing to transfer you to and from the hotel free of charge. It's a very beautiful, nice and clean place, I enjoyed staying there! Friendly people, though very little spoke English, were so nice. It's very close to the sea. Breakfast was excellent. It is close to the airport but there seems to be a curfew from 2230 to 0600. Would definitely recommend using their shuttle service. Very helpful and friendly owners and Staff. It was only two blocks from the beach, so it's possible to go for a late afternoon swim before catching a very early flight the next morning. Close to Fiumichino airport Inside parking Reasonable breakfast. easy access to airport- 10 minute drive to terminals. there was only the beach locally and 1 pizza place and 1 restaurant in walking distance. but I would still recommend the stay highly. The only reason why I can't put 10 - we had a misunderstanding with a transfer from airport, so had to wait and call a couple of times to be finally be picked up. -It's a bit isolated, nowhere to buy food from, apart from a small bar that sells pizza slices, about 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel -You need to take a taxi to go to and from the airport (€20 to €30 depending on time of day), as I was explained no public transport is running anymore. the location is a little far from the airport. Nothing. None. Nothing. Perfect for what I wanted. About the hotel - all is perfect, only location is not so convenient, you need a car to get there from the airport. Nothing. There is no shuttle service or buses between airport and the bed&breakfast, therefore you need to organize your own transport, which could be pricy. Minor communication problem. Only one of the family speaks English. Breakfast was sufficient but choices were limited. Not much nearby, hsrd to get to unless you have them pick you up (recommended). Not extremely close to the airport so that taxi ends up costing 30-40 euros round trip. no English speaking personel at the place when I was there. pickup from the airport was not arranged, even though i sent multiple emails to letsbookhotel.com and one to the BB directly. ending up paying 40 euros (which was a ripoff) to the cab. hard to find. The only disadvantage with this hotel is that you only can get there by car. No public transport. No internet. - the person who greeted us and served breakfast did not speak English - few restaurants within walking distance. And those that were close by were not English conversant. very bad.
