  The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children.   For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself).
