(e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious. The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest. The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request. Daily fresh bread

  The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The place is very clean and the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that this is maintained. The rooms were of good size and the facilities were all in very good order. The spa is fantastic.   For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself).
