  The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The place is very clean and the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that this is maintained. The rooms were of good size and the facilities were all in very good order. The spa is fantastic. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic! The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.   For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself).
