  The guest house was almost brand new and was therefore very clean, modern, and comfortable. I was given a large double room, which was fully air-conditioned. The complementary breakfast was decent enough. A shuttle service to Malpensa airport is available for 5 euros one way (but it appeared that this was not available in the early hours of the mo... 别人怎么说 » rning so getting very early flights may be an issue). Staff were pleasant, helpful, and spoke good English. Highly recommended! - We were greeted with coffee and cake. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight from Malpensa but its not easy to get into Milan if you want to go for an afternoon.

  We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). We loved the challenge of overseas traveling but at the end of the trip it's nice to come back to familar surroundings The closeness to the airport and the free shuttle service was perfect. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and - It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  干净 - 有免费的机场接送服务，我们当时因为飞机晚点，去到已经没有接送服务了，打电话去到，他们立即派专车接送，这点超赞～我们去的房间不错，也许是因为刚装修好的，很新很现代，比在法国艾菲尔铁塔的那家好很多！
