It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price.   The guest house was almost brand new and was therefore very clean, modern, and comfortable. I was given a large double room, which was fully air-conditioned. The complementary breakfast was decent enough. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight from Malpensa but its not easy to get into Milan if you want to go for an afternoon.
