  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.   The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well.   The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)

  The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The two people we met were Lucco and Marco. They were friendly and took time to answer questions about directions to the airport and to the old city of Bergamo and good places to eat. There were five of us traveling together.
