The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

Hotel has amazing retro-style design - for those who prefer interesting design (instead of insipid IKEA-made interiors in some other hotels). Also, in addition to shower there is full-length bath in the bathroom.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -

The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. -

They made our stay enjoyable. - The hotel appears to be privately run/owned which shows in the attentionto detail, cleanliness and customer service which were all excellent.Breakfast was well laid out with more than adequate choice. Located in anice quiet area out of the centre which was not a problem for us as wehad a car. We ate at the Ristoro Vecchia just 5 minutes walk from theBerghotel - good food and not expensive.

We travel idependently and La Castellan is really well situated for
both rail and airport transfers. Great value and has everything you
need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would
expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy
to return.
The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.
