In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and and closer to the city than the one I had booked.
