The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -

The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
