  The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean!   I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting bes... 别人怎么说 » ide the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!! - We arrived at 10am from an overseas flight and they had the room ready for us--great room with great pillows and bed. Friendly staff. Best hotel experience during our 9 day visit to Ireland.

  thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated. - fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar
