Clean and warm rooms. Very well decorated. Easy to get to. Walking distance to Killarney town. Ample parking space. Delicious breakfast. Lovely staff. Very budget freindly. But most of all the Manager/Owner(?)- Damien. We had an accident with our rental and were waiting to hear back from the rental company. Damien was extremely helpful, let us stay beyond our checkout time, supportive and even let us use the phone. We were stressed and shaken from our accident and his support and kindness mean.

Room was spacious, comfy, super clean, and the bathroom was recently renovated with a glass enclosed shower. Damien was very friendly and best of all you can get a good night's sleep. The included Irish breakfast was filling. And it's a quick 10 to 15 mins walk to town. I highly recommend others to stay at Killarney Peaks. Brilliant staff :) They helped us a lot when we were planning our bicycle trip to Gap of Dunloe (great trip - not to miss!) and other trips in Killarney National Park. Room (witth bathroom) was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Irish full breakfast very much - it allowed us to endure 70km on bikes :). Lovely hotel near a city where we could enjoy of great food, music and night life. We arrived 2 hours later after check in hours and the guy was adorable! Big welcome smile! The room was spacious and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast was generous and the staff really friendly. Thanks a lot!!!. Peter to owner couldnt be more helpful to us. Rooms were very clean and had a on suite which I wasn't expecting for the price we payed. The breakfast was the nicest luking fry I've ever seen in Ireland. I'm Irish myself so that's a high praise in my book. Would totally recommend to a friend. The service and size of the facilities, able to make a hot drink when ever we wanted to. Damion the owner is just so helpful he allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer. breakfast was great and plenty of food to help us on our way. The B&B is close to the city and has a big parking place. The breakfast was good. It's very easy to find as it's on the N72, ideal for starting or ending the ring of Kerry and also for traveling to Dingle. A young guy starting his own business with the B&B, He is the nicest friendliest person, he couldn't do enough for us. I hope this works out for him, its good to see someone having a go. Very clean and modern, large rooms, excellent value, good walk into town. Probably the best value of our 3 month trip. Excellent breakfast. So nice we spent a second night. we liked everything, the price was very reasonable, it was close to the town centre. The staff were very friendly and recommended a good family run place to eat. Owner Damian was very personable and helpful with activity planning. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good as it was walkable to town,. excellent customer service. friendly host who went out of his way to be helpful. will definitely use again when next In killarney. everything,room great, shower fab,breakfast lovely and owner really lovely. lovely walk through park to get to the city. the hosts were really great nothing was too much trouble helpful friendly and flexible, great location and parking. They were efficient , cordial and helpful. The rooms were simple but clean and functional and the food was good. Comfortable bed and a big room, on the edge of Killarney and a nice 15 minute walk into town or the National Park. Free parking, free wi-fi, friendly staff especially Damian our host. It's simple but new. It's an ok place for people on a low budget who want to spend a couple of nights in killarney. The staff is very kind and helpful. THE SHOWER!!! First proper shower in a long series of B&B rinnsals. Nice host, however a little elusive . Can't think of anything I didn't like. Going home :(. Could have done with stronger wifi and thats all. Tea making facilities were downstairs. no kettle in the room would have been helpful to know this in advance. Could improve the aesthetical aspect of facade and courtyard. It's not inviting and doesn't give a good impression. Although it was advertised to include these, the room didn't have tea/coffee facilities, toiletries or wifi available in room (it was available in the hall). To be fair, when I asked for some hand soap I was given some. About 25 min walk to town centre. No complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee downstairs not in rooms. Bathroom needs a little maintenance. Nothing. The walk to town was more than 20 minutes and not 10as quoted. Sound from guests above us were loud - their steps around their room made alot of noise below and could hear them talking loudly until 12.15am (the male of the couple, anyway!). No Hairdryer. That I had to leave!. Would prefer traditional brown soda bread. Noisy (other guests and road noise). It was all nice. Bathroom windows didn't close properly. Just a little bit out of the way of Killarney town but could not fault anything else.. |no kerb appeal. The location is good for someone with a car but at about a mile from Killarney it could be a challenging walk for some. Needed to have more room facilities ie tea / coffee making. Nothing. There was a very noisy water pump next to our room, so from time to time we would hear it (early morning and late evening). The walls are very thin so I heard the neighbours talking and someone snoring at night. It was cold at night. They do have a centralized heating system but the heaters were on only during the day. Generally slightly on the shabby side, but still ok considering the price I would say. Bug in the bathroom. Breakfast was undercooked and not really nice.
